Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or opened items.
• Items without original packaging or invoice.
• Customized or perishable products (e.g. manure, dung cakes if opened).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at surajenterprises412@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for Return
• Images of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping will be your responsibility.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery as per our return policy.
